The first of this variety of 1920 Shilling I have seen as well, in over 40 years of collecting.

Interestingly,
Coincraft's 1998 Standard Catalogue of English and U.K. Coins 1066 to Date lists this variety, in terms of catalog value,
G3SH-145 (I of HONI over S) as somewhat common.
[value £20 in VF(=XF40), and £80 in Unc(=MS60)].
For the most common varieties, the values range from £14 in VF to £55 in Unc.

It is possible to conclude that the I over S reverse variety die was used from new to worn out, and thus well over 100,000 coins were struck from it.
Perhaps the values should be higher, because the difference from the even more common varieties is so obvious.

These are definitely underpriced in the guides. They almost never turn up, and this was the first I'd seen.
I checked the records at London Coin Auctions. In all their years of trading they have only ever seen two. One which is comparable in grade to mine, though a tad inferior, and another which is rather low grade.

Auctioneer notes this variety as very rare, sold for £60.
