Would have to agree from what I can see ( lower neck hard to see with lighting). I would say MS66, possibly 67. Nice!

A 66 & 67 can have some very minor marks and the only I see is by the date where the luster is rubbed off. I'm not seeing any ticks on this coin and the luster is sweet even across the cheek. I'm going in at MS66 with a shot at 67. not FSB
