Pulled this out of some nice Jefferson's, and I tried matching it to one of the DDO's on VV. My coin didn't have the star doubling present that is on DDO-002 and DDO-004, nor did it have the extra thickness or titled mint mark of DDO-003. This narrowed it down to DDO-001, and since mine didn't have the die clash present I assumed it must be a new unlisted stage A. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Possibly. Keep in mind there are a few master DDOs for this year.

Your coin has a decent RPM so if you can attribute that then you'll know if it's the DDO.

I can't find the RPM mine shows, perhaps I have a new DDO? Or a new Master hub? I don't know anymore.
