Yes, I agree (the above was posted while I was looking up the coin), Egyptian five-tenths qirsh, dated 1293/29 (1903), KM# 291. For future attributions giving the metal, diameter, and weight will help with attribution.

@sofia, I recommend that you check out the free app for your phone called "coinoscope". For these more modern (and less damaged) coins like this one it will have no trouble getting you an answer. Full disclosure: I have nothing to do with the company behind coinoscope—I just think that it works pretty well.
