Several things can happen on a Proof cent. Because they are struck twice, the doubling can be created by two ways.
1. Over lapping of Machine Doubling on the second strike called flat field doubling.

And Machine Doubling could happen on one or both strikes and be different each time.

After typing the second response, I just realized, the the flat field doubling is probably the result of the first strike Machine Doubling and being flattened when the second strike happened. That make sense to me now. I always wondered how that probably happened. But it just came to me adding the information on this thread.

I was under the impression that this was a business strike LMC. This is the wrapper it came in, not sure if that matters?

The way the light shines on the coin suggests that it is a proof coin, not a business strike.

It is not the shine that makes it a proof. It the way the coin is struck that makes it a proof coin. Here is a business strike (common coin) and a proof coin side by side:

Proof coins are struck twice on special dies for collectors. These can be spent and you found one. If the coin has damage on it, it is still a proof coin, but the term applied to it now is "Impaired" proof coin.
