if you are referring to the mark between united and states, that appears to be a hit/ damage, you can see the displaced metal..No added value for the damage.. someone can help you with a value, as it is a better date.

AU 50 detail, looks like two Cuds on the reverse one on the rim the other below the "One". Also a significant rim hit near the Cud.

I'd call it a net grade of EF-45. I don't think the errors interesting enough to add significant value so $40 (wholesale) - $50 (retail) value. Enjoy.
