As I'm attempting to build my type set, I'm getting into the more expensive coins. I'm looking for some guidance on this Capped Bust quarter I'm looking at purchasing. This forum has been so helpful in teaching me about coins, and I'm seeking your guidance on this quarter before purchasing. How would you grade this coin? Thank you in advance!

Obverse: G-6/VG-8 Reverse: G-4
Nice, original, "chocolate" toning.

A solid Good. Reverse looks 4, obverse 6.

G-6 here as well with no major issues. Looks good for the grade.

Obverse VG-8, reverse G-6. I think obverse carries 75% or so weighting so given the nice original appearance of this coin I'd be comfortable assigning it a grade of VG-8.

Even with the weak reverse rim I think it'll make VG-8.

I can't get it to VG. G-6 is where I would put it. Originality is great, but with that weakness on the reverse running through the letters, I have a hard time seeing it making VG. Solid nice original coin.
