I found this doing a box of nickels and I only found 4 silver!

AU-58 . Sorry John ,but I don't see a LDS on this Nickel .

Would be a decent hole-filler in a nickel album. I'm thinking AU58. Made grade differently if examined in-hand.

Trying to be fair here I searched my Jefferson nickel photos and found one that seemed close. Your coin could grade MS63

MS63, maybe 64. It's a keeper because the mint issued no uncirculated mint sets for 1982 (and 1983). Additionally, dies were worked to death, and though this coin shows the orange peel characteristic of a wearing die, relative to other 1982 examples this is not too bad.

I'll say MS-63 to MS-64, leaning toward MS-64.
