FuryCoins, I would recommend you do some thorough research, as you have been calling several things doubled dies that aren't doubled dies.

Agree with SilverCents. Hard to tell what you're seeing exactly from these blurry photos, but it does not appear to be a DDO. I suggest using a reference site like Wexler's die varieties or variety vista to get a sense of what doubled dies look like and what the known varieties are for the dates you're looking at.
