I recently came across an error in my pocket changed. The coin is a 1982 large date zinc from Philadelphia mint but the reverse has the issue. What is this error called? I thought it might be Cud but it's small and in many areas.
I they do not give with a tooth pick and are solid. There might be a split plating issue on your coin. They will be firm and not give they are not a gas bubble.
