need help on this 1998p also please look @ my other picture about 2018 penny with #12 on face is it a good fine?

One coin per thread please. Better photos please. Please tell us your question on the cent. 25¢ does not look like a DDR or DDO. Maybe circulation flattening.

And Machine Doubling on the quarter. On a doubled die, the doubling is on the die, not created by the machine. But Machine Doubling can happen on normal and doubled dies because of the same cause. Machine looseness. But not a doubled die. As already mentioned the tops of the devices are flattened (making them look wider and Machine Doubling on the right side of the motto devices.
