Can not find Caracalla Tyra with Nike reverse... Only Sept. Severus fits more to it...

There were Caracalla's from Tyra with Nike reverses, such as:

Perhaps yours may be one with an obverse die produced by an engraver who knew what the young emperor actually looked like, or who had Imperial coins to reference?

By the way, safe to assume the obverse has some double striking going on? Not jugate busts, is it?

The portrait really looks like with a double strike. But the bust is draped and cuirassed.
