Is this a version of Rev.: 603 for Specimen dollar? Date and letters between dates are double. This one have a cameo effect too.

Looks like a PL strike. But yes, almost the whole reverse should show flat field doubling.

Back in time when I bought, they are selling it as Speciemn (on the 2x2). What should we look to identify a PL strike vs Specimen strike?

The specimen strikes we're either in the blue clamshell cased single, or part of the Double Dollar Prestige set, the latter of which had the notorious "red fluff" that negatively affected the coins over time.

1973-Nickel-Dollar-Cameo--Rev.-603-Doubling

This is a specimen strike that was rescued from a Prestige set in a very dry Prairie climate, and you can still The cloudiness on the obverse, imparted from the Prestige set lining.
