Looks like normal wear on a completely normal coin.

Looks normal, but a 1939 S is still a coin worth saving for the low mintage alone

Looks normal, but with photos dated 31 Aug 2020 it must be the Nickel from the Future.

Here is a thread that shows you want to look for on the Jefferson nickels DDO and DDR's. Note the lower set of images.

On these you will see the hub doubling is often horizontal with the devices on the top and the bottom of the reverse devices. These are the images that says on them: 1960 DDR.

I was thinking there was a second S just to the left of the original maybe that's 3 idk maybe it just appears to be something but it is not idk.
