It looks like this dollar is in a GSA case so it should be mint state. The first photos make it look severely hairlined but the second set shows a nice DMPL cameo effect, without hairlines. So, I'll assume those are scratches on the plastic case.
There are minor luster grazes over Liberty's portrait and in the fields on both sides, a couple small dark toning spots on the eagle, and two small hits in the right reverse field. I'd call it MS-63 DMPL. The grading services often seem to bump the grade up a notch for Carson City coins, so I could see this one coming back as MS-64 DMPL if you sent it in for grading.
