These look like magic token, possibly Kabbalah.

Bottom right is a Saint Benedict medal. The six pointed star within a star is the seal of Solomon. The circle inside the pentagram is a evil eye charm.

I wonder how old are they? Is it something modern?

Specifically about the medals? Unfortunately no. They do not seem quite right for Jewish Kabbalah: that p with the x looks almost like a Chi Rho, and the St Benedict one. So maybe Hermetic Kabbalah?
I really wouldn't know how to proceed with those other than trying to search the legends
