Reviewing those fine obverse scratches, and assuming they're on the coin, I'll revise to 63.

A well struck example (at least compared to later examples from that mint) and an MS-63.

Wait... this coin was presented here several weeks ago *in a slab* and the grade was never shown?

Hello Everyone, My wife and I have been gone on vacation and it wasn't our intention to not respond to this post with update. Sorry, if we offended those few that have posted frustration of not posting the Grade of this coin. The cloudy look at the bottom of the holder is just light refection. We did purchase the coin just a little below the suggested grade from NGC which is MS62. We actually feel it may be under-graded but don't have any intentions of resubmission. Thanks to all of you as it did help us to purchase this coin. It's an overall attractive coin for our collection.

With the rim ding and scratches I'd say it's fairly graded imo. Very attractive for that grade.

Thanks for getting back to us!
I would say it's a tad undergraded. I think it's a solid MS63, with a great strike personally.

IMO it's better than a -62.
