There are no listed DDO's for that year/mint on all three sites. What you have is a large date 1974-S cent. Probably half of the cents that year were large dates. The other half small dates. Another example year of a replaced master hub that year.

Small dates:
Is-This-1974-S-LMC-DDO?
Some slight design differences. Hair on top:
Is-This-1974-S-LMC-DDO?
Reverse differences:
Is-This-1974-S-LMC-DDO?
But some may have not been changed at the same time.
