If so, my money is on it being dated 1969. The date appears to be1969D. My pictures aren't the best but I can see a light strike of the 4th digit. Do you agree? Report this Post to the Staff

I actually think that your pics are pretty good. As to the date, I think that it was most likely struck as normal and this excessive wear is now partly obscuring the final digit.
