Okay, somebody see the webbing in the L? What's up with this coin? And is there something to the left of the I and B too?

@RD, normally when someone asks about a mis-shaped letter L on a Wheat cent, we see them tilted inward following their use in bubble gum machines or the like, but I don't think that this is what you have. It looks more to me like a tiny die chip on the intersection point of the horizontal and vertical aspects. There may be another couple small die chips between the letters I and B.
