This is another coin from a private collection that my wife and I are looking to buy or purchase. The coin (appears to us) looks to have a decent natural toning with an above average strike. We believe we can buy this possibly in the AU range but maybe it qualifies as MS? Any views or comments to the overall presentation and grade of this coin is greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Au with what look like scratches which would keep it from straight grading. Why not just buy one already graded they are plentiful.

I'm at an AU55, maybe a 58, just can't get a good read on the luster on this one.

I may be in the minority, but I'd say MS 61-62. If you can get it at cheap AU money, I'd buy it.

Very attractive original coin. I'm at AU-58, but a 62 grade would not surprise me.

This one is right on the cusp of mint state but I'll say AU-58.

MS62 if it straight grades, in my opinion. I have a coin with similar scratches that came back details recently.

I don't see any wear on the usual places. Nice original MS-62 coin.
