I'm going to say that besides having a big X scratched on this quarter it has so many problems I see..The skull is not proportions are wrong ,the rim and the edges are looking crazy as if the die melted on the reeding so it's like looking at a mountain range, so many things look off. So please can someone shed some light on this disaster. Thanks ahead for your time.

It's just been damaged unfortunately, nothing that happened to that coin happened at the mint.
