Hope everyone is well. Got to be truthful, not sure what I'm seeing on this Quarter! I feel it could be clashes, with what I do not know. It appears to have oddities. Appreciate any feedback.

Everything looks normal to me. The central areas is the affected areas most times for a clash to happen. If the marks you are seeing are incuse on the coin. There's a big chance it's just damage to the coin. 99%.
