Attempting to list some 1920-29 Wheat cents today and ran across this oddball. LIB in Liberty is weird the I is missing and L looks strange. I don't know what do you think?

Seems a very decent coin, minor rim issues, some would grade F-12.

Yes, I'll probably go with "an easy F to me" if listed. However that uneven wear on letters LIB is suspect, hardly no depth compared to ERTY, is that just damage?

Worth saving for educational purposes.
The rim next to the "L" is as strong as the surrounding area.
Probably not damage, but a filled die of some sort.

@SGC, sometimes we see wheat cents with damaged Ls and we attribute it to their use in bubble gum machines. This coin has been used extensively so it is a little hard to know if the first part of LIBERTY was damaged or if it was struck lightly due to a little grease in the die.
