It appears to be a silver coin of some kind (probably an argentus) of Maximianus, but I can't find a specific example with this design.
Obverse: MAXIMIANVS AVG, laureate portrait
Reverse: CONCORDIA AVGG. I'm not sure who the figure on the reverse is, but it doesn't appear to be the "usual" appearance of Concord. It looks similar to Sol holding the head of Serapis, as seen on
this coin from the same mint (but a different emperor), only more feminine.
These same pictures have been
