Yes, but to add confusion they numeric grade it too .

And many times, it's never mentioned. They grade by wear almost exclusively and don't pay the same attention to fields and cleaning that other TPG's do. |

I wish I could say the firm graded specifically on wear but I've submitted cleaned coins to the firm over the years and the comment section certainly confirmed the obvious but they sometimes punished the coin simultaneously by lowering the grade.

Beware of nice looking MS62 and AU58, sometimes they are cleaned but not mentioned.

ICCS can be hit and miss on whether the coin has been cleaned or not

PGCS and NGC use detail or genuine with no numeric grade, almost renders the coin unsaleable.
