I'd say VF30+ or XF .. a nice coin that Trends for about twice as much as the 1900H. Not really a scarce coin, but a very nice keeper with uneven toning. Don't know if it had the green crud on it at some time or if cleaned a while ago. Probably worth $20-$25 US.

I think this should grade EF40, the details on the hair over the ear is still present, the jewels on the crown are present, with the most wear on the eyebrows and the topknot which are the highest points of the design. With 1M mintage this is amongst the most valuable of the late Victoria cents.
