I believe I posted these when I first joined the forum, but can no longer find the posting. Just curious what anyone may know about these 2 coins. Value? rarity?

wasnt sure if its normal that the don't have proper top to bottom alignment on both sides so I just flipped them over (like turning a page in a book) came out a little blurrier than they looked as I was uploading but I hope its enough to at least see what they are.
thanks

Well, you won't find your coins in the "Ancients" forum - "Ancients" are normally regarded as pre-500 AD, and these are definitely more modern than that. I'll move this thread shortly.

Number 1 is a 3 groschen of Sigismund III, dated 1598. the old thread for this coin is here.

Number 2 is a 30 groschen, also known as a gulden or a zloty, of Johann Casimir, dated 1664. I don't think you've posted this one before (I couldn't find a thread about it, anyway). It's listed in Krause as KM# 120, CV $12 in VG, $25 in Fine. My Krause dates form 2003, so take those values however you wish.
