You have a regular business strike Kennedy half dollar. The accented hair variety was only produced as a proof coin.
From the NGC coin explorer page,

Quote:
The 1964 Accented Hair proof Kennedy half dollar is a popular variety with collectors. It features enhanced hair details which were subsequently removed at the request of Jacqueline Kennedy. Since the dies featuring this enhanced hair detail were pulled from production quite early, it is estimated that only around 2% of 1964 proof Kennedy half dollars have this feature. Tip: An easier way to identify the Accented Hair Kennedy halves is by looking at the bottom left of the "I" in "LIBERTY." Accented Hair coins will be missing that serif.
