Over Polished die issue? Are the other devices thin?

I was thinking that's what it was. No, the other devices are quite thick actually, that's what made me put off by it.

Nope Spender. I have tossed Many like this back in to the wild. Not really a variety people collect at all that's why people don't know what they are called. You never see them up for sale. If you have a BU High graded one it might sell. They use to tool the Die to refresh that area to make the overused Die fill in the vest line.
