Here is an AU 1987 P with a die crack through the E in ONE. Is it to small to have any extra value, so I should hold on to it?

No premium, but if you like die cracks, then I would hold on to it. It's your collection, so you can collect/keep whatever you what.

I do not think it is a die crack. It looks like part of a die clash. John1

I'm leaning toward die crack. Would be much better to examine the coin in-hand, but the chances of that are nil. As noted, collectors partial to die cracks may find it a keeper. If you like it, hold onto it.

After closer examination I think it is both. John1

Thanks E&V, John1, and ijn1944.
John1, what exactly makes you think it might be die clash, so I can be thinking about it?
I will say it is probably a very late stage die, as it has some of the the sunken/stretched around the area/lettering along rim that Coop mentioned in another post.
I think all the parallel lines running E to W above CENT and the furrow-looking marks N to S all over the coin are die polishing scratches/gouges or metal blank problems. They aren't shiny like wear and don't travel over letters. Wear is very light. It is a strange looking beast, and I'll keep it for that.
