Your coin looks like a monor MAD=misaligned die. No added value though.

I am seeing a environmentally damaged coin with stains. That's not considered an error, just damage. PSD (Post Strike Damage).

Other than being a slight misaligned die (MAD), there's no added premium for this.

@F8TL1, can you please post a pic of the reverse of this coin too? That can help us to distinguish between a MAD and a struck off center coin. Either way, I agree that it is quite minor.
