Pictures are a bit washed out but I'd say PR66 to PR67 range.

I'm thinking around PR66. Also, where is the S mint mark?

Proofs were done in Phily prior to 1968.

Impressive, but the photos are a bit too washed out to support a decent assessment. I'd guess at least a strong PR65.
