I have a one dollar bill with series 200!
My question is, shouldn't it be 2001? Is this error adding any value?

It's just a damaged digit. If you look at the other numbers in 2001 you'll see a couple of dozen small gaps just like the one at the bottom of the 1. It's not an error. It looks like the bill has been washed and dried a number of times. This could have caused the ink to lift in small spots.

No extra value.

Welcome to CCF.
You need to look no further than the signature of the Treasurer, Rosario Marin, and see the gaps where ink has been worn off different areas of the note.

Just wear and tear, like flaking house paint.
