Looks like a harsh cleaning on the reverse mostly on the bottom portion but I can't see AU because of it.

Cheek, and shoulder ribbon wear says to me XF+, but not AU.

EF. A gorgeous portrait on a coin that dazzles onlookers but sadly it's so common. On ebay you'll catch lots of ten of these going through from time to time and at an offsite auction last year I saw a lot of fifty being offered.

The coin you just pointed MS-62/63, and possibly cleaned (I think).
