That topic talked about how the ear had a sharp point to it. However, this topic is talking about something E&V pointed out, a possible doubled ear. Sometimes when a coin takes a hit it can push metal and I am thinking that's what might have happened with this coin. Or the placement of the hit is making it look like a lower lobe. I cold be wrong.
