1982 LD US Lincoln Penny Possible RPM And Die Crack!?

Herewith I am sharing the images of 1982 LD Lincoln Penny which appears have RPM, and there are two very visible reverse Die crack.
May I request you let me know which one is correct?

I see no mint mark,so it can't be a RPM. I do see split copper plating on the 2. The die cracs are common.
