2014 Roosevelt Dime Error?

I recently found in my change a 2014d dime the front of it looks normal but when you turn it over you can see the outline of where the torch and such are supposed to be but it has no details and right in the center is a bump. To me this appears to be some sort of mint error but I can't find anything online that looks like it.

to CCF. Could use better in focus photos,properly cropped. With those pics it looks like PMD not an error.
