1980 Or 81? Lincoln Penny With Missing Trust And Barely Visible Date

Hi! I was wondering if this penny was an error or just worn weird. I found it in a box of rolls from my grandfather with the highest date being 1981, that's the only reason I believe its 1980 or 81. Thank you!

Looks like an exceptional example of a strike from a partially grease-filled die.

Thank you guys so much! He collected so many coins and he saved this box of pennies. My uncle passed them down to me to let me go through them and try and figure out what he saved so many for. I'm sure this wont be my last question!

What's the weight? It looks like a Zincoln to me..maybe 83 or 87

Has the RDV-005 reverse so it's a 1987-D. Still a major Struck Through Grease error. Nice find!
