The photos are kind of blurry, but it looks cleaned from what I can see. It has probably EF-45, maybe AU-50 details. There is a pretty big nick on the obverse shield.

Any Seated dollar is cool. I expect it will do as an example of the No Motto type.

Yeah, I guess PCGS was okay with that. Not sure why though, do they typically let it slide? I can live with it because most of the nick is hidden by the gown lines.

I wasnt sure if it was cleaned, it seems to have okay mint luster and no real hairlines, just a ton of bagmarks.

Pics are a little blurry but from what I CAN see I'd have to say AU53.

I am kind of leaning towards a Choice VF.

Here are some better pictures. The reverse does have luster similar to the obverse, but the devices are sharper. Not sure why it turned out looking really dull.

The new photos are much better and I'm revising my opinion based on them.

The big cut on the obverse shield plus a similar mark on Ms. Liberty's chest should hurt the grade. The obverse definitely shows more wear than the reverse. Liberty's head, the stars, and the word LIBERTY are all significantly worn. I'm thinking VF-35 is a more appropriate grade and it could drop to VF-30 if PCGS factors in the cuts. The reverse is more like EF-45 but the obverse dominates for grading.

The coin does not appear to have been aggressively cleaned in the new pictures.

PCGS gave it an EF-45. When I put the coin under the light and look for luster abrasions, I only see a very slight bit of rub on the chest, maybe a little on the head, but it looks more like it has weak detail than wear. there is some rub on the legs particularly around the knee, and at the bottom of the gown. The reverse has very little wear that I can see. I graded around AU-50 for details but agree with the EF-45 because the marks hurt the grade.

Edit: I looked at "liberty" again, and it looks strange, almost as if it was 'struck through' something.
