I have several rolls of Weir Farm quarters - all "P" mint. I would hate to go through them all only to find out that yours is a "D" (or "W") mint.

What is yours?

Ah man I have 2 full boxes of 2020P Weir Farm quarters was really hoping it was Philly.

I have figured out why your coin has that strange upper window.

You stated that it was a "D" mint mark. That explains everything ... you have a Weird coin (Weir-D)

The regular design is normal. But this could be damage on the coin?
