1960 Penny DDO Doesn't Match Any I See Listed.

This 1960 Penny looks like a DDO but Doesn't match any I see listed. It doesn't look like a large date/small date, and there are a couple other lines on the coin that look possibly doubled too. Nothing major, just trying to zero in on this one.
