2020-W Samoa Quarter. Is This A Strike Through?

I had heard some of these had strike th. This came in an uncirculated box of quarters and didn't look like normal damage by the shape but I have no idea again I am too new at this and I have never found a struck through anything but grease. Any information would be very helpful. Thanks Chris

Yes seems like it is either struck through or else a planchet flaw that wasn't rolled out completely prior to striking.
