Bobby picks you. Long tenure, lots of posts, and post of high quality. Generally you have to be a trustworthy individual and contribute greatly to the forum.

This is from my observations in the last few years, and Bobby's rules are probably more complex, and I hope he doesn't get too angry at me for replying.

Don't worry about trivia things right now . There are a lot of things that Bobby has to take into consideration to pick a Mod . Just be a good , kind and informative member right now , and don't ask for any more raises !
