Seller photos. Seller indicates he thinks it was cleaned. I'm not so sure.

Not harshly cleaned by any means, but most likely has had a dip in jewellustre.

100 year old silver coins do not look like that!
Rest in Peace

I would have to say it's uncirculated but just doesn't have a Kosher appearance .

Looks alright to me, but it could still be cleaned I suppose. Dipped does seem more likely

Nice FH, looks good to me! What's the asking price, if you don't mind me asking?

Auction format so not sure how high it will go. Bidding around $200 right now. Seller was targeting $100 so it's going higher than he thought.

I'll say Ms-65FH, genuine and original.

MS65 FH. Would have been nice to snag it from the seller for $100 before it started! Wonder what this one will end at, keep us posted.

Bidding up to $300. It was in a SEGS MS-65 FH holder but the reputable seller indicated "harshly cleaned" so not sure if maybe they saw some parallel lines under a loupe. I don't think I'll go a whole lot higher on it just to be safe.

If a reputable seller says "harshly cleaned", I'd take him at his word.

But seller's pictures are also high resolution and good to a fault, but show nothing so it's a hair confusing. My thoughts are they consider a dip to be a harsh cleaning until such time that PCGS or NGC has blessed the acid wash as OK. That's reasonable, and I might do the same warning if selling unslabbed "blast white" coins.

Hmmm. We all know pics can be deceiving, but I fail to see where this is harshly cleaned.

Are there any other seller pics?
