CouchDiver1978 Valued Member United States 386 Posts	Posted 06/12/2020 02:00 am I'm not sure what to make of this, but to me it looks like an extra left "leg" showing up to the right side of the first "A" in AMERICA. None of the other devices looked anomalous to me. Also, the head and some of the devices in the motto on the obverse look a little suspect. I think the action seen on the date is probably MD because of the mint mark, but the area above the 7 looks sort of reminiscent of the type of doubling prevalent to the 1970 LMC, with, in this case, 2 extra horizontal bars.
