I found a box of uncirculated 2019 D RONR Quarters and found a couple with this brown burnt color to them. I am pretty new to errors and wondering what this could be?

Pictured is 2 different coins and the example of each.

Any input to what this could be is appreciated :)

Most likely toning from being poorly stored.

Photos of the entire coin--obverse and reverse--would be helpful to establish the full context of what we're looking at.

Having said that, the discoloration is likely due to an environmental agent that reacted with the coin's surface.

Agree. Pictures less zoomed in and of the full obverse and reverse would help.

If it was a full uncirculated box as I've gone through a half dozen last year, I've come across a few with thsee brownish areas. My opinion, it's die grease of some sort that did it when they pressed the coin, not enough to make a filled die but too much to strike cleanly
.

I'd still like to see pictures of yours and see if that's what you are talking about.
