Even from this poor quality picture I can tell this is not it. Don't look at the date, look at LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRUST. The separation should be visible from space.

Forget looking at the date, Check the motto and Liberty on these:
1969-S-Penny-DDO-The-Big-One
Machine Doubling was very common on the 1968-1972 cents. Even this DDO with just a few examples, a large percentage has Machine Doubling on them:
1969-S-Penny-DDO-The-Big-One
Note the date digits are all doubled on these 4 examples, but not the yellow arrows. That is the machine doubled areas. So your looking at Machine Doubling.
