On the obverse, there is a surface film developing beneath Lincoln's chin and in the triangle bounded by the date, Lincoln's vest, and the rim. On the reverse, in addition to the NW-SE reverse scratch above ONE, there is a gouge below the "U" of UNITED and environmental damage at the "C" of AMERICA and "E" of ONE. I think this is in the PR-64 to PR-65 range.

With the reverse scratch and discoloration at the E on ONE, I'm at PR-64.
