1980 D LMC Reverse Die Clash (Floral Coin?)

Found another Die Clash today. This one is pretty good. I s actually able to capture the clash in my photos. My first guess
was that it was clashed with a Japanese Yen, because I have one with a Floral design and this looks kinda similar. Were we minting Yen in 1980 or ever? Or what other coins with flowers and leaves were we minting?
